You may return your purchased clothing items for a full refund minus shipping cost, if delivered back to us within 12 days of the date your order is marked as delivered. We verify this by tracking. You must first contact us at shoptracilords@gmail.com and request a return authorization number before we can process your request. Please note: This email handles returns and exchanges only. It does not respond or forward any fan mail or solicitations whatsoever.

You may exchange your item for a different size or request a refund minus the shipping charges . Refunds are processed via Paypal. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in its original packaging.

Returns require the customer to pay for shipping and document tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed.

Most exchanges will be shipped within 48 hours but may take up to 5 days of us receiving your returned item.
